After a quick stop at the Mario Bosco cringe factory, we check in on Bill Burr who is interviewing Ann Wilson. Well, not so much interviewing her as he is telling her all about his experiences with standup. He can’t figure out how to ask a question succinctly and seems to me more concerned with Ann appreciating him than trying to get to know anything about her.
Adam Busch was checking out Brendan Schaub’s wife, Mrs. Bapa, on The Fighter and the Kid. For some reason they’re still pretending their 10-year-old son is a famous athlete that we’re all following. And they’re also pretending that Brendan is a great coach who always knows the right things to say. Jerry Banfield had just about the best day of his life. He woke up to two new friends (who are rich) and $1,000! I can’t believe he doesn’t see that these people are not looking out for his best interest and this will end very badly. Just kidding, I can believe that. Opie is now going overboard with information about his family. I thought his daughter needed him to get out of bed, eat breakfast, and get to volleyball practice. Now it turns out she has a whole life outside of the Hughes’ family. Poor Gregg. And wait until Opie tries to “Jocktober” 2 Bears, 1 Cave. As Shaggy would say, Zoinks! Megan and Annie join us for a round of “Is It Gay?” and the Opie or Burr game. We wrap things up with Spotify comments, reviews, and your voicemails.
